Well, the police is certainly pissed.... as they have stated,
they're looking into whether Philips and the ad agency can be
charged in a court of law.
I guess SingPost already pissed them off enough for them to take
no prisoners. At least, the SingPost saga would have taught
everyone the need for responsible marketing.
Hell, I'm pissed. I want policemen to chase crooks, not
an idiot in a bear suit. I wonder which degree mill those marketing
execs paid to get their degrees.
If any of those marketing idiots had any common sense, they
would have thought: 'We're putting a dude in a bear suit near
where people live, and we're passing it off as news of a real bear
sighting. What are the odds that that would cause alarm and provoke
a response from the authorities?'
i wonder if it'll take a few of the idiots being put behind bars
before this sort of shit ends?
and i'd put them in a PMITA prison but seeing the limp-wristed
execs in the marketing places, they'd probably enjoy it
